El Paso Behavioral Health System offers a no-cost, confidential mental health assessment for all patients, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year. You can schedule a no-cost assessment with a mental health professional at any time.

A master’s-level therapist from our intake department will meet with the patient and help decide which of our programs may work best in their particular situation. The therapist will gather information about the patient’s current level of need, ability to be safe and any other concerns the patient or family may have. Our intake staff is committed to thorough and compassionate patient-centered care.

We have a special relationship with our Armed Forces. Many of our staff are former military and are experienced with military mental health issues. This dedicated staff receive specialized training to deal with helping the military and their families. Our dedicated line for military behavioral health is 855-444-8162. While active duty service members must have a referral from a military provider, family members do not need a referral by a provider.
